Seriously, though, where’s my game?

Hello Friends of Pixelvania!

Ok guys, we’ve got a quick fulfillment update for you, fresh from our distributor.

The good news is all copies of Pixelvania have arrived and been unloaded and processed at our United States distribution facility. We made it out of China before the Lunar New Year, and the games are stateside.

Right now, due to warehouse staffing and labor issues from Covid, we are looking at shipments to start going out February 23, with all shipping completed by the end of February (that includes international shipments). We are still expecting domestic deliveries to take 7-10 business days, and international deliveries to take 2-3 weeks. You will receive a shipping notice in your email before your shipment goes out, but it will be closer to the end of February when you see it.

For those who selected local pick-up to the Washington, D.C. area: 

Orders will be sent to one of our Druids, who will deliver them to the pick-up location and email the recipients with pick-up information. You can pick up your order with valid ID (driver's license, passport, blood oath, etc.)

We know, we know.

“The Covid ate my merchandise” is really starting to sound like a bad excuse, we get it. Know that our distributor is working as fast as they can under challenging circumstances. Thanks as always for your patience, and let us know if you have any questions in the interim.
